SEINFELD, J. -- The Grays Harbor Superior Court ordered the State to disclose the identity of a confidential informant in he criminal case against Theron L. Petrina. It did so without first holding an in camera hearing. After the State refused to disclose, the trial court dismissed the prosecution. The State appeals; we affirm.
