This is an action to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, Frances Christianson, as a result of a collision between an automobile in which she was a passenger and a car owned and driven by the defendant, Edna L. Muller. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. Upon defendants motion the verdict was set aside and a new trial ordered. The plaintiff appeals from that order.
